Return, Refund and Exchange Policy –

At Poojaanddaughters, hygiene and child safety are non-negotiable. Our products are designed for oral use, tactile exploration, deep pressure, and sensory regulation. For this reason, we maintain a strict hygiene-focused policy to ensure every customer receives a fresh, unused, and safe product.

As a general rule, refunds are not offered. However, we are always happy to assist in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


1. Issues With Your Order (Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
All claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products must include a full, continuous unboxing video.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label

  • The condition of the item inside

Why this is required:
This helps us confirm that the issue occurred during transit and not after delivery. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Time limit to report:

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please share the video along with 4–5 clear photographs and videos via whatsapp on +91 8264780964

Our support team will review the information and respond within 24–48 hours.


2. Exchange Requests

Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Exchange conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Must be in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must remain attached

If a product is found to be used, altered, torn, or damaged due to customer handling, the exchange request will be declined.

Rejected exchange handling:
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to receive the product back.

Shipping responsibility:

  • Our mistake: If we shipped the wrong or defective item, we will cover all pickup and reshipping costs

  • Customer preference: If the exchange is requested for a different variant or size (where applicable), pickup and reshipping charges must be paid by the customer. Any price difference must be cleared before dispatch


3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following product categories are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects:

Oral & Feeding Tools:
Chew tubes, chew necklaces, speech therapy tools, toothbrushes

Sensory & Fidget Products:
Therapy putty, slime or stretchy strings, squishy bracelets, fidget toys, sensory brushes

Active & Play-Based Equipment:
Swings, sensory balls, sensory mats, liquid motion items 

Weighted Products:
Weighted toys and lap pads (unless affected by a manufacturing defect)

Other Exclusions:
Customized or personalized products and gift cards

Learning material: wooden materials, text books and other learning kits (unless already defected)
